Make sure your delegation is in the lobby and checked out at least 10 minutes before the ride. Additionally, due to possible traffic jams in the morning, try to be down even earlier. If there are any serious congestions, your rides will be arriving up to 20 minutes earlier which we’ll inform you of by calling your rooms! Do not be late for your rides as the cars/ vans will leave.
